This Privacy Policy explains how Facilitya ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://facilitya.com (the "Site") or purchase our print-on-demand products. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

(b) Payment information. We do not store full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third parties — PayPal and Stripe — who receive your card data directly. We only receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits.

(c) Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URL, time on page, and similar log data. We use cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

(d) Information from third parties. If you log in via Facebook or another social platform, we receive the profile information you authorize that platform to share (typically name, email, profile picture).

8. Data Retention

  • Order, billing, and shipping records: retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account closure (unless retention is required by law).
  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe; basic suppression record kept indefinitely to honor your opt-out.
  • Support tickets: 24 months from last interaction.
  • Analytics logs: 14 months.
